An explanation is needed

I think there should be an explanation regarding what this forum's purpose is. Initially, I thought it was to talk about methods of testing your codes...but I get the feeling that that's not the case. Also, there are 2 forums that basically have the same name and description. Was this done on purpose? And if so, what is the difference between the two?

Hmm kind of wondered about this myself aswell.

What forum done on purpose?

There is this one, called "Test Area" and there is another one called something like "Test/Junk Area" both with similar descriptions "Do whatever you want here, this is for testing"
