Reputation & [Optional] Awards

Currently we do have reputation shown, but as far as I saw it can't be modified (used), this off course doesn't have high priority yet, but reminded as a thing to implement later. Even later perhaps awards won't do any harm.

I think the way to use rep is by hitting the + or - on the side of a post...this will either add or subtract 1 from the rep. It is useable, since you have +1 rep it just may not be working in the way you think it should

I'll change those into icons when I have time.
